Deliveries and Returns
1. Shipping Your Order
Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received. The standard delivery method is Colissimo Tracking with no signature required.
Economical Option:
For certain specified items, tracked letter delivery is available at a rate of €2.90. Please note: this method carries no guarantee or insurance.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal costs. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the weight or amount of your order.
➡️ Tip: We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. Two separate orders will incur two separate shipping fees.
All our parcels are prepared with care, and fragile products are protected with appropriate packaging.
2. International Shipping and VAT Refund
For deliveries outside the European Union and French overseas territories, the customer pays the full VAT-inclusive price. Once the parcel has been received, it is essential to send us a copy of the CN23 customs form by email to direction@motolabo.fr or by mail to the following address:

We will then process the VAT refund to the credit card used for payment.

4. Delivery Times
Each product specifies a specific shipping time. Orders are shipped in one package as soon as all products are available.
If you want to receive items available for 24/48h shipping sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Note: We rely on indicative delivery times from La Poste – Colissimo. Univers Moto Guzzi cannot be held responsible for delays related to this service provider.
Product Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return part or all of your order. Products must be in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
Return Procedure:
Insert a copy of the invoice in the package with the note:
- “Exchange request” (specifying the desired item)
- or “Refund request”
Return the package to the following address:

Use a tracked shipment with signature.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped free of charge (excluding French overseas territories).
Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving the parcel:
Delivery is made against signature. If you designate a third party to receive the parcel (concierge, colleague, etc.), they act on your behalf. Make sure they are careful.
If the parcel is damaged or opened, we invite you to:
- Refuse the parcel directly from the delivery person
- Or write specific reservations on the delivery slip (e.g.: “box dented, seal torn”)
Then:
- Take photos of the parcel from all angles
- Contact us within 3 days via your customer account or by registered letter
- Keep the original packaging and all its contents. In case of a dispute with the carrier, these elements are essential.
Delivery Issues
Issue Upon Receipt
If you accept a damaged parcel:
- Note the issues by hand in detail on the delivery slip
- Complete an "anomaly report" (La Poste) or request a "damage report"
- Keep a copy of the form and notify us within 3 working days
Incorrect Delivery or Non-Conforming Product
In case of error (wrong item or recipient):
- Contact our customer service immediately
- Do not open the product; keep it in its original condition
According to Article 1376 of the French Civil Code, any merchandise received by mistake must be returned to us.
